At Hanks Belts, we stand by our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your belt doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 100-day return and exchange window on all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unworn belt in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
